Terrible service. I ordered a set of keys for my safe. I was in a real bind and needed to get into the safe. I got the confirmation that the order was placed but then, nothing. I emailed for an update on the order several times, nothing. I called their customer service several times, nothing. I finally gave up when the voicemail was full. I had to call a locksmith after 3 weeks of waiting to hear from these bozos. Now, yesterday I checked my credit card and they've hit my account. I emailed them to cancel the order last week since their system will not show that I've placed any order(so I can't cancel). Beware. They tell you that you can go and cancel the item online, but they never show you the order in your account. Even as of this morning, the order does not show, but they've billed me already. I've never dealt with such incompetence, or arrongance, not sure which.
